NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF EATON - “A Local Law Amending Chapter 180 of the Town of Eaton Code to Establish Traffic Regulations.”

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Municipal Home Rule Law there has been presented to the Town Board of the Town of Eaton, New York, at a regular meeting thereof held on August 12, 2025, proposed Local Law No. 4-2025, titled, “A Local Law Amending Chapter 180 of the Town of Eaton Code to Establish Traffic Regulations.” The full text of said Local Law is on file at the Town Clerk’s Office at the Town Offices located at 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, New York 13408.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on August 12, 2025, the Town Board determined that that this proposed Local Law is a Type II Action in connection with SEQRA, thus concluding it environmental review of the action.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Town Board will hold a public hearing on the proposed Local Law at the Town Hall located at 35 Cedar Street in the Town of Eaton on September 16, 2025, at 6:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, at which time all persons interested will be heard.
