NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Town of Eaton

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Eaton will hold a Public Hearing on June 10, 2025 at 6:05 p.m. at the Town of Eaton Town Hall located at 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, in the Town of Eaton, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Town of Eaton and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.

A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Town Clerk’s office, 35 Cedar Street, Morrisville, New York.  At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.  Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
